Nana Buns LLC bakes Southern cinnamon yeast buns and related goods from Middleburg, Clay County, Florida, and sells them through nanabuns.com. By ordering from us or using this site, you agree to these terms.
We currently bake and sell under Florida's cottage food law, which limits us to orders within Florida — pickup in Middleburg or local delivery within our delivery ring (roughly 20 miles of the kitchen: Middleburg, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, Oakleaf, and southwest Jacksonville). Nationwide frozen shipping is planned once our licensed commercial kitchen in Green Cove Springs is permitted — it is not available yet, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to ship outside Florida today.
After you place an order, we follow up by email to arrange pickup or local delivery. Pickup and delivery times are by arrangement and depend on Nana's baking schedule. We drive local deliveries ourselves — not through a third-party courier or marketplace.
We currently accept payment at pickup or delivery. Where online card payment is available, it is processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number. Prices on the site are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice, though we honor the price shown at the time you place a confirmed order.
Our buns are made in a kitchen operating under Florida's cottage food law and contain wheat, milk, and egg. If you or anyone you are ordering for has a food allergy or sensitivity, please contact us at hello@nanabuns.com before ordering. We are a small-batch home and commercial kitchen operation, not a certified allergen-free facility.
Because we sell fresh and frozen baked goods, all sales are generally final. That said, if a pickup or delivery order arrives wrong or in bad shape, tell us at hello@nanabuns.com and we will make it right. Once nationwide shipping is live, our shipping policy will cover replacement for any order that arrives warm, damaged, or otherwise not right — see our Shipping & Thawing page for that policy.
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it — attempting to interfere with its operation, place fraudulent orders, or scrape or copy its content without permission.
The Nana Buns name, logo, recipes, photography, and site content belong to Nana Buns LLC. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
We do our best to get every order right, but to the extent allowed by law, Nana Buns LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or your order, beyond replacing or refunding the order itself where we are at fault.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Clay County, Florida.
We may update these terms as the business grows — for example, when nationwide shipping and card payment go fully live. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we do.
