Nana Buns LLC bakes and sells Southern cinnamon yeast buns and related goods from Middleburg, Clay County, Florida, and operates the website at nanabuns.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you order, sign up, or browse, and what we do with it. Questions go to hello@nanabuns.com.
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), city, ZIP code, and any notes you add about your order. When you join our list to hear from Nana first, we collect your email address. If you place an order using a card online, payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor — we do not receive or store your full card number.
Like most websites, we also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site — this involves cookies and similar technology that record general browsing behavior (pages visited, general location, device type). We do not use this data to identify you personally.
If you write a review, we publish your rating, review text, the first name and last initial you give us, your city if you add it, and any photo you upload. We remove location data from photos. Your email address is never published; we keep it with the review so we can confirm it or reach you about it. Reviews are stored on our own server, not with a third-party review service. Ask us at hello@nanabuns.com and we will take your review down.
We use order information to fulfill and communicate about your order — confirming it, arranging pickup or local delivery, and reaching you if something needs attention. We use your email to send order updates and, if you signed up for our list, occasional news from Nana about new flavors, availability, and shipping. We use analytics data in aggregate to understand what is working on the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business: our payment processor (Stripe, for card payments), our email and hosting providers, and Google Analytics for site usage data. Each of those providers is bound by its own privacy and security practices.
The site uses cookies for basic site function (like remembering what is in your basket) and for analytics (Google Analytics). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though your basket may not persist between visits.
We keep order records as long as reasonably needed for business, tax, and food-safety recordkeeping purposes. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving marketing email, at any time by writing to hello@nanabuns.com.
This site is intended for adults placing food orders and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
