Middleburg, Florida

Where the buns come from

Nana bakes in Middleburg, in Clay County, about half an hour southwest of Jacksonville. If you are close enough, we would rather hand them to you than ship them.

Not delivering yet

The kitchen is still being licensed. This page is how it will work when we open — join the list and you will hear first.

The kitchen

3338 Old Jennings Road
Middleburg, FL 32068

Clay County, about half an hour southwest of downtown Jacksonville. Pickup is by arrangement — it is a working kitchen, not a storefront.

The delivery ring

About 20 miles out from the kitchen: Middleburg, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, Oakleaf and the southwest side of Jacksonville.

Outside that ring we ship frozen, and it arrives just as good — that is what the freezer is for.

Three ways

How to get a skillet

01

Pick them up

Arrange a time and collect them in Middleburg, still warm if the timing is kind. No delivery fee, and you get them at their best.

02

We drive them to you

Inside the ring on the map, we deliver them ourselves. Not a courier, not a marketplace — us, in a car, with the pan still in the box it was baked in.

03

Frozen, anywhere else

Par-baked, flash-frozen and packed with gel packs. Twenty-two minutes in your own oven. How shipping will work →

Delivery apps

Uber Eats, DoorDash and the rest

We are not on any of them yet, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Florida’s cottage food law lets a home kitchen sell straight to you — in person, at an event, or by mail. What it does not do is make us a licensed food establishment, and that licence is what the delivery marketplaces require before they will list anybody. So the order is fixed: get the commercial kitchen permitted first, then apply to the platforms.

When that happens it will show up here, on this page, with real links. Until then the honest answer is that the fastest route to a warm bun is the one at the top of this page.
