Shipping & Thawing

Not shipping yet

This is how it will work when we open. Nothing on this page is live today.

When we will ship

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only, by two-day carrier. Nothing will leave the bakery on a Thursday, because nothing should sit in a truck over a weekend.

What will arrive

An insulated liner with gel packs, holding par-baked frozen buns in a bake-ready tray. They should be cold and firm on arrival. Straight to the freezer, or the fridge if you are baking within five days.

How to finish them

Thaw covered on the counter for one hour. Bake at 350°F for 22 minutes until the tops are deep amber. Glaze while hot — the glaze packet goes on in the last thirty seconds of the counter, not in the oven.

If something is wrong

Once we are shipping: if your box arrives warm, damaged, or anything other than the way Nana would want it to look on your counter, email hello@nanabuns.com with a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it. No argument, no restocking fee.

Free shipping

Orders over $110 will ship free. Below that, frozen shipping will be a flat $18 anywhere in the continental United States.
