Three months in the freezer, five days in the fridge, two days on the counter once baked. Nobody has ever tested the third number.
The cinnamon rolls, made entirely with organic ingredients: bread flour, yeast, pure butter, eggs, sugar, whole milk, cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mawmaw’s yeast rolls are the same organic base without the cinnamon and vanilla. Each specialty flavor starts from that base and adds a few more real ingredients — those lists are being finalized now. Contains wheat, milk and egg. No shortening, no artificial flavors, no artificial preservatives.
Yes — a gluten-free version of every product is planned, with a flour blend Nana is still testing. And we will not put the words gluten-free on a label until the product meets the FDA standard behind them.
